One subcontractor for large solar plants, from pile to cable

We are a solar EPC subcontractor for ground-mounted and rooftop plants: pile driving, structures and trackers, cabling, MV substations and commissioning. Our own crews, equipment and PPE, and no sub-subcontracting, for EPC contractors, installers, developers and O&M companies.

Scope

From pile driving to commissioning

On a large ground-mounted plant, installation follows four stages. We cover all of them with the same organisation, from the first pile to energisation.

Each stage of a solar installation works on the result of the previous one. A pile out of tolerance shows up when the structure is mounted; a misaligned structure complicates module installation and cable routing; untidy cabling slows down commissioning. When each stage is awarded to a different company, these deviations turn into disputes between contractors.

With one subcontractor for the whole sequence, whoever carries out a stage also receives the work of the previous one. One contract, one pre-qualification, one point of contact on site.

Rooftops, revamping and fencing

The same organisation works on large industrial roofs, on existing plants and on the site perimeter.

Rooftop

Industrial roofs

Aluminium structures on trapezoidal metal sheet, module installation and cabling on large industrial roofs.

Existing

Revamping

Removal of existing modules, palletising and installation of new modules on operating plants.

Perimeter

Fencing

Perimeter fencing of the PV plant, installed by the same company that builds it.

Large plants only

We work on large plants, ground-mounted and on industrial roofs: the scale at which a structured site organisation and dedicated crews make a real difference to the client. On large roofs, the same organisation that mounts structures and modules also carries out the cabling, reducing the number of companies working at height.

Full scope: solar installation services.

Organisation

Our own crews, equipment and PPE

We are an installation company with 30 team members. On site, we bring our organisation, not just people.

  • Own equipment and tools for the work we carry out.
  • Own PPE for every person we send to site.
  • No sub-subcontracting: the work awarded to us stays with us.
  • One contractual counterpart from pile driving to commissioning.

A genuine subcontract is recognised by who organises the work, who provides equipment and who directs the crews. For us the answer is always the same: our company. You deal with a contractor that executes the scope, not with people placed at your disposal.

Where we work

Italy, Germany, Spain and Greece

We follow our clients across borders: Italian EPC contractors building abroad and local contractors and developers looking for a reliable installation partner.

Mobilisation, crew logistics and the documentation required by the destination country are agreed with the client at quotation stage. Where we work.

FAQ

Questions from contractors and developers

What work do you carry out as a subcontractor?

Pile driving and predrilling, fixed structures and trackers, module installation, rooftop systems on metal-sheet roofs, DC and AC cabling, LV and MV systems with substations, earthing, CCTV, SCADA and weather stations, testing and commissioning, plus revamping and fencing.

Do you work on small plants?

No. We work on large plants, both ground-mounted and on industrial roofs.

Do you sub-subcontract any of the work?

No. The work you award us is carried out by our own crews, with our own equipment and PPE. There is only one subcontractor between you and the site.

Do you supply materials?

No. Modules, structures and materials are supplied by the client. We unload materials on site; handling with lifting equipment is provided by the client.

Do you carry out civil works?

No. Excavation, roads and underground ducts are not part of our scope. We do install the plant fencing.

Which countries do you cover?

Italy, Germany, Spain and Greece.

Can you provide references?

Yes, on request. For confidentiality towards our clients we do not publish them on the website: we share them during pre-qualification.
