Large solar plants do not stop at national borders, and neither do the contractors who build them.
Many contractors building in Germany, Spain and Greece look for installation partners that bring their own organisation to site, execute the awarded scope and take responsibility for the result, without having to build a new chain of local suppliers for every project.
For us a site abroad does not change the way we work. Logistics, site language and some local rules change; crews, equipment, PPE, procedures and one basic principle stay the same: the work we receive, we carry out ourselves.
We focus on four countries on purpose: they are markets where many large plants are being built, and where we can guarantee the organisation we promise. For projects in other European countries, we can assess each case with the client.

What we agree before we travel
- Mobilisation: arrival of crews and equipment against the construction schedule.
- Logistics: accommodation, transfers and crew organisation.
- Documentation: what the destination country requires for companies and workers operating there.
- Site rules: safety, access and procedures in line with local regulations and the client’s instructions.

On every site we work within the client’s rules: safety plan, access, working hours and site procedures. Where local regulations set specific obligations for foreign companies and posted workers, they are handled in coordination with the client before crews enter the site.

Which countries do you work in?
Italy, Germany, Spain and Greece, on large ground-mounted and rooftop PV plants.
Do you work for local contractors or only for Italian EPCs?
Both. We work for Italian EPC contractors building abroad and for German, Spanish and Greek contractors and developers.
How are mobilisation and logistics organised?
Mobilisation times, crew logistics and the documentation required by the destination country are agreed with the client at quotation stage, before the contract is signed.
Do you carry out the same scopes abroad as in Italy?
Yes: pile driving and predrilling, structures and trackers, modules, cabling, MV and substations, commissioning, rooftops, revamping and fencing, following the client’s design and local rules.
Do you also sub-subcontract abroad?
No. The rules are the same as in Italy: own crews, equipment and PPE, and no transfer of awarded work to third parties.
What language do you work in?
Site documents and communication are in the language agreed with the client, usually English for international projects.
