How we quote
We work the way EPC procurement teams work: on the client’s bill of quantities. For each item we state whether it is within our scope, under which conditions and with which assumptions and exclusions. Items outside our scope, such as civil works or the supply of materials, are flagged straight away, so you can award them elsewhere without losing time.
If the bill of quantities is not ready yet, a description of the plant and of the scope is enough for a first assessment.

What happens next
- Review: we check that the plant and the scope fit our work.
- Clarifications: if we need more information, we ask your technical team.
- Quote: on the requested items, with assumptions and exclusions stated clearly.
- Pre-qualification: company documents and references on request for your procurement team.
Before you contact us
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Location, plant type and size, scope of work and schedule. A bill of quantities, drawings and construction schedule make the quote faster and more accurate.
Can we send confidential documents?
Yes. Let us know if the documents are confidential and we will agree transmission and confidentiality terms before receiving them.
Can you quote only some items of the bill of quantities?
Yes. We state which items are within our scope and which are not, so that the rest can be awarded to other contractors.
